Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC seeks a capable supervisor at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center to lead the Outreach and Admissions Specialists team. You will ensure contract performance aligns with DOL and corporate standards while guiding staff through monthly goal setting and program outreach.

The role requires occasional travel, site visits to centers, and collaboration with centers to build referrals and partnerships, supporting Job Corps programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising in a fast-paced performance-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or closely related field with 2 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Outreach and Admissions Specialists team and ensure contract performance.
• Support project management of all OA functions and monitor progress.
• Develop and execute plans to meet monthly OA goals and travel as required.
• Coordinate site visits and maintain partnerships with centers and programs.
• Prepare weekly productivity reports and ensure data accuracy for required JCP reports.
