Job summary

Insights Training Group LLC is seeking a dynamic leader to direct staff serving students at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center. You will oversee the first 90 days program, coordinate with center departments, and ensure programs meet DOL, PRH, Center and Corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the program for the students first 90 days on Center.
• Coordinates with other Center departments to ensure student success the first 90 days.
• Develops and implements a program for retention of the students in the first 90 days.
• Develops a program to ensure that incoming students have been contacted and are prepared for their Job Corps career.
• Develop and implement a training plan that ensures that staff members have adequate training to complete key areas of responsibilities.
• Oversees Career Preparation staff.
• Trains all staff on PCDP and other training topics as required.
• Monitors statistical performance and student accountability.
• Develops corrective action plans as needed.
• Communicates with and updates the CDSS Director on the status of the program and determines policies according to DOL, Corporate and Center expectations.
• Submits weekly report outlining progress, problems, and contemplated changes in the department.
• Participates in Student Evaluation Performance (ESP’s) and evaluates student employee’s performance and employability skills.
