Responsabilités

• Provide HR support to the HR Manager on personnel matters.
• Assist with benefits enrollment for new employees and maintain records.
• Support recruitment and interview process, schedule meetings and interviews.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Assist with performance appraisals and employee relations.
