Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Science, Communications, or closely related field.
- At least 1 year experience in outreach, admissions, or counseling preferred.
- Strong public speaking, written communication, and organizational skills.
Responsabilités
- Develops monthly outreach plan for assigned territory to meet enrollment goals.
- Participates in evening and weekend outreach events as needed.
- Travels within territory to visit GAP centers, schools, and agencies.
- Maintains Outlook calendar and required database with applicant data.
- Screens youth for enrollment and provides Job Corps information sessions.
