Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Experience in outreach, admissions, or counseling preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develops monthly outreach plan for assigned territory to meet recruitment goals.
• Provides information sessions to youth and agencies about Job Corps.
• Screens applicants and enters enrollment data into the required database.
• Maintains regular contact with applicants and coordinates center tours.
