Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and convert calls to sales.
• Process incoming/outgoing sales calls per program rules.
• Present offers using scripts or summaries and upsell.
• Maintain call quality and productivity targets.
• Keep accurate customer data and documentation.
• Maintain product knowledge and confidentiality.
• Escalate issues to supervisor when needed.
