MarketSource is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with existing and potential customers, guiding calls toward sales with strong skills and script adherence. You will handle inbound/outbound calls for multiple programs, ensuring compliance with policies, quality standards, and applicable laws.

Role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, and accurate data entry, with a focus on meeting call quality and sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules, which may include weekends.
• May require bilingual ability in English, Spanish, French, etc.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential customers while working on projects requiring strong sales skills to convert the call to a sale.
• Process various incoming and outgoing sales calls for assigned clients and programs following policies and laws.
• Present offers, handle objections, verify customer information, and provide customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge, strive for high-quality calls, and meet goals.
• Escalate issues to supervisor when needed and maintain confidentiality of data.
