Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with existing and potential customers, handle inbound and outbound calls, and move opportunities toward a sale. You will follow scripts or customize presentations, maintain quality metrics, and uphold confidentiality and compliance across assigned programs.

The role emphasizes strong sales skills, customer service, and adherence to corporate policies. Flexible schedules are required, with opportunities across multiple programs and locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Bilingual in English, Spanish, French, etc., depending on program.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential customers while working on projects requiring strong sales skills to convert the call to a sale.
• Process incoming and outgoing sales calls in accordance with policies and quality standards.
• Present offers, address objections, and guide customers through the purchase decision.
• Maintain product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure calls comply with laws and internal procedures.
