Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential customers to convert calls to sales while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Process various incoming and outgoing sales-focused calls for assigned clients and programs.
• Present offers, handle objections, paraphrase or read scripted presentations, and verify customer information.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and upsell opportunities to optimize each contact.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation using established systems and protect confidentiality.
