Job summary

MarketSource, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with existing and potential customers, handling calls to convert them into sales while upholding policies, quality standards, and applicable laws across programs.

You will process inquiries and present offers with accuracy and care. You should have a minimum high school education and be able to work flexible schedules (including weekends), with bilingual ability depending on the program.

Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and potential customers and aim to convert calls to sales.
• Process incoming and outgoing sales calls in line with policies and quality standards.
• Present offers, handle objections, and guide customers to purchase decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of customer information and documentation in systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve routine issues promptly.
• Escalate issues outside control to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to regulations.
