ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Architect to consult on Risk, Security, and OT modules, guiding customers through deployment of ServiceNow OTM solutions and driving business outcomes. You will engage with CXOs, lead workshops, guide project teams, and advocate for customer needs within ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Experience in security, risk and OT domains; ITOM ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Event Management, Discovery, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Ability to lead pre-sales activities, scope workshops, and prepare SOWs with deliverables and effort estimates.
• Proven capability to influence senior leaders and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities including presentations, scoping, and SOW documentation.
• Lead delivery teams on marquee accounts for security, risk, and OT projects.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow OTM solutions aligned with best practices and company standards.
• Travel up to 20% annually as needed.
