Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Architect to consult on implementing Risk, Security, and OT Management solutions. You will mentor delivery teams, advise customers, and drive architectural excellence across complex engagements. Expect up to 20% travel and close collaboration with sales, product, and partner teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on architectural guidance, bold customer advocacy, and continuous improvement of service offerings within a dynamic AI-enabled landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Industry domain experience in Security, Risk, and Operational Technology (OT).
• Industry domain expertise in ITOM ServiceNow modules such as event management, Discovery, CMDB, and Service Graph Connectors.
• Familiarity with risk and security regulatory guidelines and industry standards (FFIEC, SEC, OCC, FDNY, SOX).
• Familiarity with Purdue Model and ISA-95/IEC 62443 segmentation concepts.
• Familiarity with virtualization and hypervisors (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Familiarity with PLC/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, OPC UA/DA, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Siemens S7, BACnet).
• Working knowledge of NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, C2M2 or industry frameworks.
• Understanding of security zoning, segmentation, and zero-trust in OT.
• Working knowledge of configuring network data feeds and validating data visibility.
• 12+ years in a professional services setting or equivalent.
• Certified Technical Architect is preferred or must be achieved within 365 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities including sales presentations, solutioning and scoping workshops, and SOW documentation with deliverables and effort estimates.
• Lead engagement teams focused on outcomes and inter-connectivity between Workflow applications (Risk/SecOps/OT) and a customer’s tech landscape.
• Interact with CXOs to discuss implementation roadmaps and change management for best practices.
• Collaborate with Platform Architect team to address risks in the customer landscape.
• Serve as a practice director on marquee security, risk, and OT accounts, guiding delivery teams and upholding delivery standards.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow OTM solutions with architectures aligned to best practices and standards.
• Build relationships with product owners to promote Workflow Solutions capabilities and roadmaps.
• Lead office hours, presentations, webinars, and learning events for field delivery stakeholders.
