Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Union staff person with increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs Lead Organizers and Organizer/Field Representatives in developing leadership and campaigns.
• Oversees staff development and training of facility leaders and organizers.
• Develops organizing campaigns for represented and unrepresented facilities.
• Coordinates with other divisions to integrate campaign elements.
• Reviews and evaluates campaigns and negotiates collective bargaining strategies.
