Job summary

SEIU Local 2015 in Southern California is seeking a Coordinator (Strategic Campaign Manager) to lead high-impact organizing campaigns across multiple geographies. You will supervise staff, design strategy, and drive membership growth while advancing our anti-racist, equity-centered mission.

You will manage budgets, oversee data tracking, and collaborate with other departments to align goals; willingness to travel and work irregular hours is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in organizing, campaign management, or related leadership roles.
• Minimum 2 years supervising and developing staff teams.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing projects across multiple locations or programs.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, digital).
• Ability to analyze data to inform campaign strategy.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work extended and irregular hours, including travel.
