Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least four years of organizational development and learning experience.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS).
• Ability to design, implement, and facilitate training programs for diverse audiences.
• Resume and writing sample must be submitted with application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational audits and analyze learning needs.
• Design, implement, facilitate, and monitor organizational-development programs.
• Analyze learning needs for all levels of City government.
• Prepare, coordinate, schedule, register and host training sessions.
• Develop and administer surveys and exams to assess training needs and effectiveness.
• Market available training opportunities and respond to inquiries.
