Job summary

ALCO Management seeks a Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver learning programs across the organization, partnering with leaders to translate business needs into scalable training solutions.

This in-person role at ALCO’s Central Office in Memphis requires strong instructional design, facilitation, and project management skills to drive onboarding, leadership development, and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field required.
• Master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in Learning & Development or related areas.
• Experience designing and facilitating instructor‑led, virtual, blended, and digital learning.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate ILT, virtual, blended, and eLearning.
• Administer and optimize the LMS and related learning technologies.
• Manage program logistics, calendars, attendance, and data reporting.
• Lead onboarding, leadership development, and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate projects from planning through implementation with stakeholders.
