Environmental Health is seeking to design, develop, implement, and facilitate blended learning programs for organizational development. The role includes maintaining web-based e-learning systems and performing related duties across the assigned area of responsibility.
Responsibilities include conducting organizational audits, designing and monitoring development programs, and supporting training across City government levels. A bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience are required.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in organizational development and training, education, organizational learning and information technology (OLIT), industrial and organizational psychology, Business, or Human Resources; and
Four (4) years of organizational development and learning experience.

Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.
Office environment; exposure to computer screens; extended periods of standing while conducting classroom training.
Essential and supplemental functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
