Job summary

Bobmooredodgechryslerjeep is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to design and implement training and development programs that align with the company culture and performance standards. You will lead a Training and Organizational Development team, hire and coach staff, and drive initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OD, HR, or a related field; 5+ years of OD experience.
• Experience working with executive leadership.
• Experience managing individuals.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training and development programs to support organizational alignment with culture and performance standards.
• Manage a Training and Organizational Development team, including hiring, training, developing, and motivating staff.
• Collaborate with the Director of HR and leaders to set organizational development goals and publish timelines and progress.
• Design and maintain dashboards of priorities and performance to identify and close gaps.
• Develop career growth programs and pipelines for leaders to build capability and succession.
• Create job-specific procedures, training programs, performance evaluations, and documentation aligned with goals.
• Partner with hiring managers to design recruiting and hiring practices aligned with culture and performance goals.
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines defined by Leadership; meet and exceed objectives.
