Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of ten years HR management experience.
• Minimum of ten years training & development experience.
• SHRBP, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of HR and HR team on day-to-day operations and org development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a management training curriculum covering diverse topics.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess learning needs and create role-specific programs.
• Design and deliver technical training and professional development programs.
• Establish onboarding and training for benefits, safety, compliance, and more.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers; manage costs and scheduling.
• Administer the LMS, track completion, and generate reports.
• Advance performance review processes with coaching resources.
• Monitor trends and regulatory changes; update policies and practices.
