Job summary

Altasciences is seeking an Organizational Development Lead to design, lead, and execute organizational development initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support major business changes. You will create frameworks for organizational design, succession planning, career development, and talent assessment, drawing on workforce data and stakeholder input to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in OD/IO psychology, HR, or related field.
• Master’s in OD/IO psychology, Change Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years in organizational development, leadership, or change management roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives with accountability for results.
• Develop and implement organizational design, role clarity, and succession plans.
• Drive change management components of transformations and new operating models.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure learning solutions align with priorities.
• Assess impacts, readiness, and adoption, and report on outcomes.
