Job summary

The Bobmooredodgechryslerjeep Family Office seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead confidential HR support across affiliated entities, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, development, and compliance.

You will partner with senior leaders to design HR strategies, manage workforce planning, executive onboarding, and talent development, while guiding policy adoption and ensuring consistent HR practices across the family office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• Ten years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in multi-entity or family office.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and performance management.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or other HR certification required.
• Ability to manage driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential HR support to family office and affiliates.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with family office goals.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Drive onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance and maintain HR documentation.
• Guide managers on organizational changes and employee transitions.
