The role will assess needs and design evidence-based interventions that support performance, engagement, and sustainable change. The responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing structures and policies, facilitating leadership development and teambuilding, and designing OD plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in OD, talent management, or consulting.
• Strong assessment, facilitation, coaching, and change leadership skills.
• Experience working with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational, culture, leadership, and team-effectiveness assessments.
• Analyze structures, roles, competencies, policies, and operating practices.
• Facilitate leadership development, teambuilding, goal-setting, and group cohesion sessions.
• Design organizational development plans tied to measurable outcomes.
• Support succession planning, career development, and leadership coaching initiatives.
• Recommend organizational structures, governance, and resource-alignment improvements.
• Develop communications, tools, and interventions that reinforce desired behaviors.
• Evaluate intervention effectiveness and provide follow-up recommendations.
