The responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing structures and policies, facilitating leadership development and teambuilding, and designing OD plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a master's degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years in OD, talent management, or consulting.
• Strong assessment, facilitation, coaching, and change leadership skills.
• Experience working with executives, managers, and cross-functional teams.
