Job summary

V Group Inc. is seeking a Training & Development Consultant to assess learning needs and design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training for County employees.

The role supports in-person, virtual, and blended learning to build capability and transfer knowledge into workplace performance. The position requires 5+ years in adult learning and instructional design, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt content for diverse roles and accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years in adult learning, instructional design, facilitation, or talent development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs, audience, task, and skills-gap analyses.
• Define learning objectives and design curricula and development plans.
• Develop instructor guides, materials, job aids, exercises, and assessments.
• Deliver onsite, virtual, and blended training sessions.
• Provide leadership and staff development training.
• Coordinate logistics, communications, attendance, and learning records.
• Evaluate reaction, learning, application, and organizational impact.
• Revise programs based on data, feedback, policy changes, and needs.
