The role collaborates with stakeholders across all levels, develops sponsorship and reinforcement plans, tracks adoption, and coaches leaders through transition to realize benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business, HR, or related field.
• 7+ years of organizational change management or transformation consulting experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise technology, process, or organizational change.
• Strong facilitation, communications, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.

Mansioni

• Develop integrated change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, readiness, and resistance assessments.
• Create sponsor, communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement plans.
• Facilitate leadership alignment and change champion networks.
• Coordinate change activities with project plans, risks, decisions, and milestones.
• Develop targeted messages and materials for affected audiences.
• Track adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and benefit-realization measures.
