Indiana University Bloomington's IU Human Resources seeks an experienced organizational development professional to lead talent and leadership development initiatives, partnering with HRBPs and leaders to drive culture change and create resources for strategic integration.

The role focuses on needs analysis, coaching, metrics, and enterprise-wide OD programs, collaborating with leaders to design and implement performance management, succession planning, and learning activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5 years of talent/leadership development experience.
• Experience leading employee engagement programs and managing multiple OD projects.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement enterprise-wide performance management and coaching initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Consult with leaders to address organizational issues and drive culture change.
• Build organizational change capability and communities of practice.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to conduct needs analyses identifying skill and knowledge gaps.
• Provide coaching to managers and contributors for organizational needs at senior levels.
• Develop and use metrics to evaluate interventions and outcomes.
