Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years' experience in HR, organizational development, or learning and development, with proven success in implementing training programs and HR

• Five (5) years of experience in HR, organizational development, learning and development, change management, or related areas.
• Experience developing and delivering employee training and leadership development programs.
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, process improvements, and HR technology adoption.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) and ERP platform or LMS.
