• In-depth HR knowledge across disciplines including talent acquisition, compensation, and compliance.
• Ability to interpret policies and apply standards consistently in a university setting.
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing sensitive employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

• Builds consultative partnerships with leaders across units on employee relations, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Advises on high-complexity employee relations matters with risk and campus impact considerations.
• Coaches leaders on documentation, communication, conflict resolution, and performance management.
