Job summary

Indiana University Health seeks a Training & Learning Consultant Lead to drive internal learning and development initiatives within the People Readiness team. You will advise on strategy, design and delivery for diverse audiences, ensuring training aligns with IU Health standards and supports workforce readiness.

You will partner with external consultants and hospital leaders to implement leadership programs, manage projects, and coach leaders to grow capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications in learning, coaching, facilitation or assessment preferred.
• Experience designing and managing leadership development programs in large, complex organizations with measurable results.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on learning and training strategy, design, delivery and adoption for clinical, technical and non-clinical audiences.
• Ensure operational training aligns with IU Health standards, systems, tools and practices.
• Partner with external training teams and leaders to connect training to activation readiness.
• Provide facilitation support and learning guidance throughout activation processes.
• Embed internal learning expertise and best practices into training plans and materials.
• Coordinate across training efforts to deliver consistent, leader-ready experiences.
• Design and evaluate leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage program elements including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and communications.
• Coach and mentor leaders to support growth and development.
