MIDCONTINENT INDEPENDENT SYSTEM OPERATOR INC seeks a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Enablement to lead enterprise capability in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and readying the workforce for new operating models, processes, and technology changes.

You will partner with Product Management, Software Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to drive adoption and strategic capability development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
6+ years in organizational effectiveness, development, change management, or related area.
2+ years leading, coaching, or developing practitioners.
Experience developing and implementing change management strategies (communications, readiness, adoption, training).
Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, and executive communication skills.
Understanding of organizational design, operating model maturity, and accountability structures.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and operating model evolution.
Identify systemic challenges and enable alignment and improved execution of strategic priorities.
Coach and develop practitioners; strengthen change leadership capabilities.
Deploy practitioners based on priorities and optimize capacity and impact.
Lead enterprise change efforts with strategies for readiness and sustained behavioral change.
Build organizational capability through programs, communities of practice, and learning initiatives.
