MISO is seeking a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Enablement to lead enterprise capabilities that boost performance, leadership effectiveness, and readiness for evolving operating models and technologies. The role consults executives and partners with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to drive adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities include shaping strategy, coaching practitioners, and deploying capabilities across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 6+ years in organizational effectiveness, development, change management, or digital transformation.
• 2+ years leading or coaching practitioners.
• Experience developing comprehensive change management strategies including communications, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, and executive communication skills.
• Deep understanding of organizational design, accountability models, and operating model maturity.
• Experience guiding leaders through operating model evolution and shifts in ways of working.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Kanban, DevOps, and continuous improvement methods.

Responsabilidades

• Advise senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, operating model evolution, accountability, readiness, and long‑term capability development.
• Identify and address systemic organizational challenges to improve alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
• Manage, coach, and develop practitioners while strengthening capabilities in change leadership, facilitation, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Deploy practitioners based on organizational priorities and adapt assignments as needs evolve.
• Utilize flexible engagement models to meet diverse leadership and organizational needs.
• Lead major enterprise change efforts, developing strategies that drive readiness and sustained behavioral change.
• Assess organizational maturity and recommend structural and capability improvements to leadership.
• Build organizational capability through communities of practice, learning programs, and initiatives.
