MISO is seeking a strategic leader to drive Organizational Effectiveness and Change Enablement across the enterprise. You will guide operating model evolution, leadership capability, and organizational readiness to support new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, change management, Agile transformation, leadership enablement, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or developing professional practitioners.
Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies, including communications, readiness, adoption, stakeholder engagement, training, and reinforcement.
Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
Deep understanding of organizational development, leadership development frameworks, organizational design, accountability models, role clarity, and operating model maturity.
Proven experience guiding leaders through organizational change, operating model evolution, and shifts in ways of working.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Lean, Kanban, product-centric delivery models, DevOps practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred experience with Prosci ADKAR, SAFe, organizational development methodologies, or enterprise transformation approaches.
Demonstrated creativity, relationship-building, influence, and the ability to remove obstacles, drive change, anticipate needs, and pivot quickly in response to shifting business priorities.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, operating model evolution, accountability, readiness, and long-term capability development.
Identify and address systemic organizational challenges, facilitating alignment, collaboration, and improved execution of strategic priorities.
Manage, coach, and develop practitioners while strengthening capabilities in change leadership, facilitation, coaching, organizational development, and continuous improvement.
Deploy practitioners based on organizational priorities, adjusting assignments as needs evolve and optimizing capacity and impact.
Utilize flexible engagement models, including coaching, facilitation, consulting, assessments, and advisory support, to meet diverse leadership and organizational needs.
Lead major enterprise change efforts, developing strategies that drive readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioral change.
Assess organizational maturity, recommend structural and capability improvements, and support leaders in establishing effective operating practices.
Build and scale organizational capability through communities of practice, learning programs, resources, and initiatives that foster adaptability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
