MISO is seeking a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Enablement to lead enterprise capabilities that improve performance, readiness, and adoption of evolving operating models. You will advise senior leadership and guide cross-functional teams in Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations.

The role combines expertise in organizational development, change leadership, facilitation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in organizational fields or related domains.
• 6+ years in organizational effectiveness, development, change management, Agile transformation or related discipline.
• 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing professional practitioners.
• Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies including communications, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and operating model evolution.
• Identify and address systemic organizational challenges and improve execution of strategic priorities.
• Coach and develop practitioners; strengthen change leadership and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Deploy practitioners based on organizational priorities and optimize capacity and impact.
• Lead major enterprise change efforts to drive readiness, adoption, and behavioral change.
• Build organizational capability through communities of practice and learning programs.
