Job summary

Midcontinent Independent System Operator Inc. seeks a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Enablement to lead enterprise capabilities that improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and adoption of evolving operating models.

You will advise leadership and support Product Management, Software Engineering, and Operations in strengthening accountability structures and readiness. The role requires deep expertise in organizational development, change management, and Agile/DevOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, Information Technology, Organizational Leadership, Change Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, change management, Agile transformation, leadership enablement, digital transformation, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or developing professional practitioners.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies including communications, readiness, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise leadership for Organizational Effectiveness and Change Enablement practitioners across Product Management, Software Engineering, Architecture, and Operations.
• Advise senior leadership on effectiveness, operating model evolution, readiness, and capability development.
• Lead major enterprise change efforts with strategies to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioral change.
• Deploy practitioners based on priorities and optimize capacity and impact.
• Build organizational capability through communities of practice, learning programs, and initiatives.
• Navigate complex conversations and remove obstacles to drive change.
