Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders via email or electronic means.
• Coordinate shipments and resolve order discrepancies with customers.
• Interface with customers to provide updates, pricing, and stock availability.
• Process requests for defective replacements and returns.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to schedule shipping and delivery.
• Prepare quotes and monitor inventory to improve on-time delivery.
