Job summary

Telamon Corporation in Carmel, IN is seeking an Order Management Coordinator to streamline order processing, shipments, and customer communications. You will manage orders end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and accurate updates for all involved stakeholders.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, coordinating shipments, addressing discrepancies, and generating reports to monitor performance. A strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in telecom or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders via email or electronically.
• Coordinate shipments and resolve order discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Interface with customers for updates, pricing, stock availability and questions.
• Process requests for defective replacements and returns.
• Coordinate with logistics to deliver materials to customer locations.
• Prepare sales reports and recaps of shipments, bookings, backlogs and related activities.
