Job summary
Global-Technical-Talent-1 in Framingham, MA is seeking an Order Management Specialist I for a 2-month contract. Hybrid arrangement: onsite Tue–Thu, remote Mon/Fri.
You will process customer orders, coordinate inventory and shipping, and optimize fulfillment across Americas, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. The role requires strong data-driven decision making, collaboration with sales, supply chain, and logistics, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SAP/CRM tools; English fluency is
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
- Knowledge of customer-to-cash, supply chain, distribution, and sales processes.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP, CRM, EDI, Salesforce, or related enterprise software.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing up to billing.
- Coordinate inventory and fulfillment with contract manufacturers and DCs.
- Monitor logistics flows with 3PL/Logistics partners.
- Verify billing creation after shipment.
- Communicate order status and resolve inquiries with customers.
- Identify process improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Provide data to support automation initiatives.
