Rehlko seeks an Order Management Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between Rehlko, distributors, and customers, managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process. You will coordinate quotations, orders, shipments, and post-sale support, ensuring accurate pricing, timely fulfillment, and proactive communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent 3–5 years of order management/SAP experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SD and order-to-cash processes.
• Experience managing end-to-end customer order lifecycle, including quotation, order entry, backlog, shipping, auditing, and post-sale support.
• Ability to analyze and resolve order-related issues (pricing, delays, holds, errors).
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting, reconciliation, data analysis, and order tracking.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Smartsheet or similar platforms and cross-functional collaboration.

• Create customer quotations in SAP and convert to sales orders.
• Process and manage customer purchase orders in SAP with accurate pricing and terms.
• Create and manage outbound deliveries and shipments in SAP.
• Monitor backlog, status, and aged orders; resolve holds and delays.
• Obtain and apply freight quotes; conduct freight audits and support billing.
• Maintain master data across SAP, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other systems.
• Assist with post-sale activities including invoice discrepancies and returns.
• Provide backup support for secondary accounts and help onboard new coordinators.
