Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Senior Manager to join the Americas, Strategic Operations team. You will collaborate with the broader Americas group to align priorities, drive initiatives, and strengthen operating efficiency across the organization.

The role requires strong program management and stakeholder engagement, with a track record in hospitality or related sectors. You will help advance business priorities, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and support executives in delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6+ years experience in internal or external consult­ing, enterprise operations, corporate strategy.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and functions in a complex corporate or hospitality environment.
• Experience in program management or operations as part of a high-growth team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with owners, operators, senior leaders, hotel teams, and corporate partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment, including the ability to identify issues, research root causes, and coordinate timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Americas Performance Hub leadership team, driving alignment of business priorities.
• Manage key initiatives, governance, cross-functional coordination, and owner relations activities.
• Oversee owner technology access, data accuracy, and administration of key owner programs and tools.
• Support planning and execution of the Owners Advisory Council, Owners Conference, and owner onboarding activities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive organizational change.
• Lead cross-functional projects and emerging business priorities across the Americas.
