Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 6+ years experience in consultancy, enterprise operations or corporate strategy.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Experience in program management or operations within a high-growth team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with owners, operators, senior leaders and partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to the Classics leadership team.
• Drive alignment of business priorities across the portfolio.
• Manage key initiatives and governance across programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and track progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and accelerate change.
• Support leadership communications and change management initiatives.
