Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of IT/operations project/program management experience with multi-site or dispersed workforce.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for Federal contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• PMI certification: PMP or PgMP.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; cross-functional coordination.
• Current Secret security clearance and US residency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to contract, quality, and performance standards.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, including staffing, task assignments, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance baselines, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to leadership and client.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and support services are in place for seamless operations.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope definition, deliverables tracking, quality oversight, and issue escalation/resolution.
• Implement standardized operational processes aligned with CMMI Level 3, Agile best practices, and delivery/service management frameworks.
• Monitor operational risks, lead root-cause analyses, and maintain logs for leadership and client visibility.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards on volume, throughput, SLA attainment, quality, and workforce utilization.
• Provide people leadership to a dispersed team, including performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, information security requirements, and client governance, including audits.
