Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking an Operations Manager for DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations across multiple locations and workstreams. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks while coordinating with IT, logistics, and security to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years of relevant IT/operations leadership, and an active US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing IT or operations projects/programs.
• Experience managing Federal government contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
• Active PMP or PgMP certification.
• Current US secret security clearance and residency in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and adherence to standards across multiple locations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, including staffing, task assignments, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Manage baselines for cost, schedule, and performance with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to leadership and the client.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities, and other teams to ensure infrastructure and support services are in place for operations.
• Oversee subcontractor onboarding, scope definition, delivery tracking, quality oversight, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI Level 3, Agile, and delivery service frameworks.
• Monitor risks and issues, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain logs for visibility.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards for leadership and clients.
• Provide people leadership to a dispersed team, including performance management and workforce planning.
