Navan is seeking a Manager-level contributor to scope, design, and drive high-impact initiatives across business growth, optimization, and stability. You will evaluate how the business runs, leverage data to challenge assumptions, and drive execution of critical strategic programs end-to-end.

You will analyze complex problems, design scalable processes, and align with leadership to balance strategic goals with constraints, guiding cross-functional teams through changes with momentum.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or a highly strategic cross-functional operations role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-impact, 0-to-1 operational initiatives end-to-end. Investigate complex, ambiguous problems, develop rigorous work plans, define strategy, and drive execution.
