Job summary

Navan is seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives across Product, GTM, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate strategy into scalable execution.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Operations, you will build rigorous program plans, define KPIs, manage risk, and deliver data-driven updates for senior leaders to drive alignment and accountability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program management, operations, strategy, or consulting.
• Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS, fintech, or hyper-growth tech.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with KPI focus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Clear executive communication and ability to present to senior leaders.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving action.
• Bachelor's degree; PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional programs aligned to strategic roadmap.
• Coordinate GTM, Product, Operations, and Finance for unified execution.
• Build program plans, define KPIs, and establish cadence (steering committees, reports).
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; escalate with data-backed solutions.
• Design scalable processes to improve velocity as Navan grows.
• Translate updates and risks into concise leadership-ready summaries.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption across the organization.
