You will lead cross-functional programs with clear accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes, shaping NAVEX’s enterprise strategy based on market, customer, and financial insights. In this hybrid role, you will partner with senior leaders, prepare executive-level briefs, and drive strategic investments and corporate development

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent business degree preferred.
• 8+ years in top-tier consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic substance and outcomes of priority growth and value creation initiatives sponsored by the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Lead complex cross-functional programs with clear accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape NAVEX’s enterprise strategy by synthesizing market, customer, financial, and operational insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CSO, pressure-testing ideas and representing the CSO perspective in forums.
• Help structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and decisions, amplifying analysts’ impact.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, decision memos, and briefing materials for senior leadership and the board.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and operational expansion initiatives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, market adjacencies, and competitive positioning.
• Support corporate development including market scanning, partnership evaluation, and build/buy/partner analysis.
