Job summary

NAVEX is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to drive end-to-end strategic initiatives in collaboration with the CEO and leaders. This hybrid role combines high-level planning with hands-on execution across strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional programs.

You will own complex initiatives, synthesize market and financial insights, prepare executive materials, and advocate for bold, data-driven decisions that shape NAVEX's enterprise strategy globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in top strategy or consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• MBA preferred.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and BI tools.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives sponsored by the Chief Strategy Officer.
• Manage cross-functional programs with clear accountability and timelines.
• Synthesize market, customer, financial, and operational insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CSO and represent the CSO perspective in forums.
• Break down ambiguous problems into workstreams and drive decisions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, memos, and briefing materials for leadership.
