Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Chief of Staff, Digital Engineering to serve as a strategic operator for the VP of Digital Engineering. You will drive operational excellence, monitor health metrics, and interface with external engagements to advance engineering initiatives and governance.
You will lead cross-functional collaborations, coordinate leadership meetings, and communicate progress through executive-level presentations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years managing digital engineering operations
- 4+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff or similar role supporting executives
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications
- 2+ years of experience influencing without authority and managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Define, author, and cascade engineering goals aligned to company vision
- Lead and run engineering operations reviews for leadership alignment
- Establish, track, and analyze engineering operational metrics
- Monitor monthly GCP spend and drive cloud cost optimization
- Track security vulnerabilities and ensure data privacy compliance
- Liaise with third-party agencies, vendors, and technology providers
- Represent the organization in external engagements
- Lead leadership staff meetings and coordinate agendas
- Collaborate with the Chief of Staff community to unblock dependencies
- Draft executive presentations and major team announcements
