Qualifications

• 7+ years managing digital engineering operations with metrics.
• 4+ years as Chief of Staff or similar executive-support role.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years using Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• 2+ years of influencing without authority, managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define, author, and cascade engineering goals translating company vision into milestones.
• Lead and run engineering operations reviews to maintain leadership alignment on objectives.
• Track key engineering operational metrics and governance metrics for leadership insights.
• Monitor monthly cloud spend and drive cost optimization.
• Coordinate vendor & partner management and external engagements.
• Draft executive presentations and organization-wide announcements.
• Coordinate VP leadership staff meetings, agendas, and action items.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to unblock dependencies.
