You will build trusted relationships with surgeons and staff, drive LAL adoption, and optimize practice capacity through data-driven account plans.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial/sales acumen to drive LAL adoption and growth.
• Clinical/ophthalmic knowledge for clinic workflows and patient flow.
• Ability to interpret clinical and commercial performance data.
• Experience in strategic account planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with ophthalmic clinic/ASC operations and premium technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.

• Execute area's strategic priorities and focus on high-value growth opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives, programs, and new product introductions for LAL adoption.
• Review territory performance and identify velocity, cycles, and trends.
• Develop and manage site-level account plans with CS partners.
• Maintain CRM documentation for all accounts.
• Lead regional referral engagement to support LAL patient pipeline.
• Co-own onboarding processes with CS focused on time-to-first-implant metrics.
• Conduct business reviews comparing adoption trends and outcomes.
• Partner with CS and ASD to identify growth bottlenecks and solutions.
