Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Project Manager to support the Alianza Program Initiatives. You will help enhance internal systems, manage operations across multiple sites, and partner with leadership on strategic planning efforts.

Reporting to the Division Director, you will coordinate schedules, budgets, and reporting, ensuring timely completion of initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years' work experience in operations, project management, or administrative management.

Responsibilities

• Support programmatic and fiscal issues, manage deadlines and contractual requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day operational needs across multiple sites.
• Maintain clear documentation and coordinate with Division Director on project status.
• Collaborate with Finance to review staff allocations and invoicing for compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the Division Director, including scheduling and logistics.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Support the Alianza Division Leadership between managers, executives, and staff.
• Ensure deadlines for projects, events, and funding obligations are met.
• Assist with planning and coordinating meetings and trainings for cohorts.
• Identify workflow gaps and propose operational improvements for efficiency.
• Oversee AFPs, petty cash, and budget reconciliation reviews.
